Tour Visa Building II TI Project

Please join IFMA Austin for a free facility site tour of the Building II TI Project!

This is the first of three Visa Tours.

When: April 17, 2019,  4-5 PM

Where: Visa Building III - 12301 Research Blvd., Austin, Texas 78759. Meet at the Visa Building III Headquarters before the tour travels to Building II.  You must check in and meet at Building III first!

Visa is completing a TI project in Building II of Research Park Plaza.  The full buildout will be 133,000 square feet of space.  Phase I has kicked off and includes the 1st through 3rd floors of the building.  Visa would like to offer Facilities Management Professionals the opportunity to see the space in a 3 part series of tours.  The first will take place on April 17th at 4:00 PM and will cover the completed demo and ongoing wall layout that is in progress.  The second will be late summer just before the walls are closed up and the final tour will be in November to see the finished space.
